Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PRDContract, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Use License

PRDContract grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for generating project planning documents. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI agents or generation pipeline.

3. Generated Content Ownership

All project planning documents generated by PRDContract are owned by you. You retain full intellectual property rights over the generated output. PRDContract claims no ownership of your generated content. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the output without restriction.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Output is generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it in production. PRDContract does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated output.

5. IP Protection

Your project descriptions and generated output are not used to train AI models. Your data is isolated and not shared with other users. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Pay-per-project purchases are one-time charges. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use PRDContract to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

PRDContract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRDContract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
